We raise approximately 40 cattle, 250 Bergamasca sheep, a few Bionda dell’Adamello goats, pigs, three donkeys, and two mares. Our farm is located at an altitude of 1,100 meters. For alpine grazing, we move to Val Salarno, starting at around 1,500 meters and ascending up to 2,235 meters at Rifugio Prudenzini with the cows, and even higher with the sheep. Our farm was passed down to us by Gabriele, Nicola’s father.
